Loxo integration FAQs
Each job comes with a set list of fields, plus any custom fields you use in Loxo. See the full field reference guide.
Fields are mapped on the JobRelay settings page. Some map automatically, and the rest can be mapped to custom fields (post meta) or taxonomy terms. We do this for you during setup.
When a job is created, edited or deleted, Loxo sends a webhook to JobRelay. JobRelay then fetches the job from Loxo and updates your website in near real time.
Loxo tells JobRelay the job has been closed or deleted, and JobRelay removes it from your WordPress site.
Jobs are native WordPress posts, so they use your theme’s design. You control how they look, and they can be filtered, searched and styled like any other content.
You need a WordPress job board plugin or a custom post type for jobs. If you have neither, we can provide RecPress as part of your setup.
No. Field mappings can be set up to match your existing structure, and we can talk through any specific requirements during setup.
